Nominations are made by the UT Extension Regional offices annually for each of the following:
Mary Neal Alexander Outstanding 4-H Agent Award |
For 4-H agents with up to 10 years of experience |

For 4-H agents with between 11 and 20 years of experience |
$1,500 |
| Alice Ann Moore Outstanding 4-H Agent Award |
For 4-H agents with more than 20 years of experience |
$1,500 |
